Passata Solania is made with the best raw materials of the territory, preserving all the organoleptic qualities thanks to the traditional glass packaging. Passata Solania has a fresh, Mediterranean, authentic flavour, ready to wrap a stuffed pasta or a classic lasagna. Its full-bodied flavour also harmonises perfectly with red meats in more complex recipes. Also worth trying for a classic eggplant parmigiana.
