Small-batch jams, marmalade and spreadable creams from Marco Colzani's workshop in Carate Brianza, Lombardy - made with fruit-forward ratios well above what mass-produced spreads use, and nothing beyond fruit, sugar and the occasional pinch of pectin or sea salt. Strawberry, peach, mandarin, pistachio and chocolate hazelnut, all in 260g jars.
